💧 Bring a water bottle everywhere you go
You need to drink about 3 Liters of water a day.
Most people only drink 1. If you bring a big reusable water bottle with you, you are more likely to drink water. More water means a healthier you. How can you expect to think clearly if your pee isn't?
🛏️ Make your bed
"If you want to change the world, make your bed."
This concept is simple, but it's true.
Making your bed is a keystone habit, meaning it's a habit that will result in other good habits. And if you do it, it sets the tone for the rest of your day. Plus, it will make your Mom happy.
⏰ Set alarms 10 minutes before meetings
This might make you 2% better. If you dedicate even just 10 minutes preparing for a meeting, it will be 10x more productive. When you prepare the results are tenfold.
Use this approach to other aspects of life to. Just a little bit of mental preparation before doing something (anything) goes a long way.
🧘♀️ Micro meditation
"I can't meditate because I can't sit still for 10 minutes."
Okay, well how about 10 seconds? Micro meditation is finding single moments throughout your day where you breathe in and out deeply 1, 2, or 3 times. Even a single breath can drop you into a better mood.
The more moments you find the better.
🌬️ Breathe deeply
Shallow breathing leads to stress and stress leads to every bad in life.
Breathe into the bottom of your belly. This will drastically improve your quality of life and ability to perform at a high level.
⏲️ Put a deadline on your goals
Parkinson's law dictates that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". If you don't put a deadline on something, you will never complete it.
Don't be afraid, give yourself a 'scary' deadline and you will surprise yourself.
🥶 Take a cold shower
This is the most underutilized but is also the best advice you can get. Take cold showers.
It's a workout for your cardiovascular system. It literally puts your body into fight or flight. Meaning: cold showers are a sure way to feel alive and full of energy.
🤣Try Laughter Yoga
You don't need a reason to laugh. Laughter Yoga is a practice where you do exercises that induce laughter. Laughter has countless health benefits.
If you laugh a lot, it release good hormones that will make you happier, more creative and live a high-quality of life.
😁 Smile at a stranger
Mirror neurons in the brain fire when they see someone else smile. It makes you want to smile back or just be happier.
When you smile at strangers it releases a good brain cocktail, but also makes them happier and more comfortable. Perhaps that makes them smile at someone, and you have now started a chain reaction of happiness.
😋 Do one random act of kindness
Whether that be calling your Grandma (I need to do that today) or paying for a strangers coffee. It gets you outside of the perspective of the self and makes you think how you help others.
That skill of helping others is the best investment you can make.
🤙 Call an old friend
You are only as healthy as your relationship network. If you really love someone that you lost contact with, say hello. They will appreciate it.
You will then feel better about opening old connections with a new energy.
🎂 Remember someone's birthday
Bonus points if you do it a week prior and get them a present whether big or small. The smallest gestures in moments like these create bonds with people that last a lifetime.
Plus, they will be much more likely to remember your birthday (one mint chip ice cream cake please).
🎩 Plan 3 conversation topics with friends
You know those awkward moments when socializing when there is no one talking and everyone is trying to think of something to say.
Be prepared. Come with 3 things you want to discuss. This will result in a better conversation with more meaning and depth. And you will get more out of it too.
🥗 Replace one meal with something healthier
The path to a healthy diet is one meal at a time.
Take one thing you know isn't good for you and replace it with someone healthy. Do that enough times and you will be an Instagram influencer before you know it.
🏃♀️ Exercise in the morning
Even if its just getting your heart pumping, exercising in the morning will set the tone for the rest of your day. Moving your body moves your mind and your goals.
So no matter where you are, do 5 jumping jacks right now. LET'S GOOOO.
🤤 Wake up 30 minutes earlier
I am currently writing this at 5:14 AM while it is pitch black outside, and I am loving it. You don't have to wake up at 5 AM but even adding 30 minutes to your routine can change your life.
Try moving your wake up time by 30 minutes and use those 30 minutes to feed your passion. Soon that time will become sacred for you and you'll look forward to your early mornings.
😮 Jump out of bed with your alarm
Put your alarm on the other side of the room. When it goes off you will jump out of bed with energy trying to shut it off. This will wake you up. Trust me.
If you struggle with the snooze button, this is the solution. After you are up, start your routine, resist the sweet, sweet allure of getting back into bed.
💃 Dance like no one is watching
Dancing is a way for the body to express what it needs. Sometimes you need to do silly looking things that wouldn't look 'cool' on the dance floor. Don't do it at the club, but follow your body's intuition and let it shake itself out while you are dancing at home. I love putting on electronic music and dancing super weird in my backyards in the mornings. It removes all the tension from my body. You will feel 10 pounds lighter after I promise.
🤟 Take complete ownership of your life
If you want the glory, you have to take the blame.
I didn't realize I had outsourced all of my power and decision making in my life to everyone but me. If you want to live a full life, you have to take ownership of it. In everything you do. Your health, your career, where you live, why your life is what it is, take ownership. Then you can start really taking responsibility and making improvements. Here's a great book on the subject.
🤐 Don't argue
Instead, understand. Try to understand the other side where they are coming from. Don't argue right and wrong. It's a waste of your time and energy.
You can lay out the facts, but don't do so to do anything but inform. Understand the other side better than yourself. If you take arguing out of your life you will "lose" some discussion, but you will win so much more life and love.
🪂 Make a bucket list for that month
Bucket lists are amazing, everyone should have one. But typically the items are so big you never do them (I still haven't climbed Mt. Everest).
Instead, make a bucket list of things you can achieve that month. Put down things that are within your grasp, but still make you a bit nervous. Your life will be 10x more interesting very quickly if you practice this religiously.
👾 Talk to a stranger
Yes, especially on the bus. Yes stranger danger is real, but you have to remember that if you only were to talk with people you know, the world becomes very small. If you are in public and are by someone with a good vibe, just say 'Hello' and see if they are receptive to a conversation. If they are, ask them anything. I am so happy when people want to talk even for a brief moment, extend that courtesy to others.
Some of the most important things I have done came from talking with strangers. That is how I met Andros (co-founder of Wonder).
🤵 Wear something that makes you nervous
Have you ever wanted to wear a suit on a random Tuesday afternoon? Or perhaps those six inch heels to a Taco Bell. Why not? Take a risk in fashion. Clothing and how we present ourselves contains a lot of power.
Don't be afraid to try a new look or go outside of your comfort zone. The best clothes are the clothes that make you feel good. So, feel good.
☠️ Prepare for the worst
Stoicism is a powerful philosophy. To have the mind trained to deal with the worst, you alleviate your fear for everything else. So try it.
Take a situation that scares you. Put out the worst case scenario in your head and sit with those repercussions. If its a bad situation, don't do it. But if this exercise gives you more confidence to move forward with it, then go all in.
📍 Choose where you want to eat with decisiveness
"What do you want to eat?" "I dunno, what do you wanna eat?"
Don't have that conversation. Practice being decisive and make a decision and be proud of it. If you want to be a more decisive person, then practice small decisions like these with little repercussions. The most important thing is to make a clear decisions, own it and stick by it.
🛁 Take a bath
An underutilized joy of being a human is baths. Throw some epsom salt in there. This is the best way to wash your stress away.
💕 Empathize with someone you disagree with
We think winning an argument is the point, when really the point is to understand the other person. Find a situation where you disagree with them. Understand their point more clearly than yours. Why do they feel that way? What do you have to believe to reach their conclusion? People are not typically stupid or evil, they are just living from a different perspective than you. So understand it.
🙈 Say no to a purchase you don't really need
The more you do this, the better your life can be. Free yourself from the consumer cycle. Only buy stuff you really need and you will not only have fewer things, but less crap.
Save your money and shift your perspective on what's important.
🙅♀️ Say no to things you don't want to do
Don't want to go out to dinner that night, or have a drink? Then don't do it. Start standing up for yourself and saying what you really want. Once you start doing what you really want, you open space for the things you want to come into your life.
No is one of the most powerful words. Use it.
🤔 Give yourself thinking room
Structure daily routines that give you space to think freely with no end goal. Sit by a window with a journal. Go on a long car ride. That space to walk away from everything is so important.
Everyday think about whatever your brain needs to workout. Your subconscious mind has so many golden nuggets for you if only you would give it space to work.
🧲 Be active not reactive on projects
Make big contributions that are active and not reactive. Acting in a reactive way is less effective and will yield less results.
Being active means you are shifting the direction and energy of the project, versus keeping it in a weird orbit that might not be what's best for your project.
👨💻 Do that thing you've been putting off
For me it was get a new drivers license. Everyone has that thing they have put off for months and it only takes 15 minutes to complete. Trust me, doing that thing is actually easy, you just have to start.
I have about 10 of these things right now, I try to do one of them a week (this week is fixing my car window).
🎨 Make that thing you have always wanted to make
You probably have an idea for a movie. Or a new app. Or whatever it might be, just make it. Even if its just a small crappy vision of the entire thing. Just write the first scene of the movie or draw what the app would look like on a piece of binder paper.
Once you have something down, then you can start building and improving it until eventually it looks like it does in your head.
😂 Laugh for no reason
Hahahah. No seriously, the health benefits of laughter are crazy. Sometimes you should just laugh for no reason. It instantly puts you in a better mood and soon you are laughing at yourself laughing.
🍅Try that food you hate again
For me, it's tomatoes. I try them periodically. I still don't like them, but one day I might. Don't be afraid to try that food that you had 20 years ago and never tried again.
Try it again every now and then. Maybe you had a bad one. Your taste buds also change so give it another shot.
🌍 Imagine the world in 5, 10 and 25 years
Have some vision of what a nice world and even your life will look like in those increments of the future. I recommend being in a optimistic state when doing this.
Give yourself a nice portrait of what the world will look like. Then create it.
✋ Find a cause you want to help
Even if its an hour a month. Find something that you can work on that's outside of yourself.
Volunteering is one of the most powerful human activities. It puts you outside yourself and makes you contribute at a higher level.
🥺 Forgive yourself for that thing you did
It's not your fault. Well maybe it is, either way, forgive yourself. I don't know why we think we can get through life without making any mistakes. You will make many more mistakes, trust me. You will also learn from them. That's life. The problem is you need to learn to accept that and move on.
You're doing great, just keep getting a little better and your regrets will slowly fade away.
👌 Forgive that person for that thing they did
This is one of the hardest things to do on this list. Here's why, we are frozen in that moment in the past. It still feels real for us. By letting the other person go, you are letting yourself free too. Forgiving them is where the real healing begins. It's a process and sometimes you will take one step forward and two steps back, but you are worth going through the healing pains for. So rip the band-aid of anger you have for that person, and let the healing begin.
🍃Write your life in a haiku
Poetry is a beautiful way to give yourself insight to how you feel about something. A haiku (5 syllables on the first line, 7 on the second, and 5 again on the third) is very insightful.
Here's what I wrote, this is from being in quarantine. I have felt very trapped lately but am trying to make the most of the situation.
Happiness I seek
Days in days out like a wave
Will these days please change?
I can't wait to hear yours, send them to us!
🦒 Stand up straight
People say mind over body, but really they are direct influences to each other. You mind influences your body as much as your body influences your mind. Good posture is key. It is the mental equivalent of focus, being attentive and being fully present without fear.
This transfers over directly. I have had a life time of bad posture so I understand how hard it is. Really. You should stand up tall and proud. You will feel so free and at home in your body. After the awkwardness. Start with just a couple minutes a day.
🏆 Be proud, but humble
It's a fine line. Everyone should be proud, it makes you care more about your life. However, arrogance is self-destructive. You also need to be humble. The best way to do this is by understanding that all humans are equal. No matter your class, race, country of origin none of that puts you above anyone. If you are a billionaire in a mansion or if you slept on the sidewalk last night, at the core we are fundamentally equal beings. You are no better or worse than anyone.
We are alive, and that is amazing. As far as I'm concerned, life is a special thing that should be celebrated. So let's celebrate it, but also respect it for the beautiful mystery it is.
🗑️ Delete one social media app
Whatever the kids are usin' now a days. You don't need 4 social media apps. Because then you just cycle in-between all of them. Start by deleting one, your least favorite. Or just watch The social dilemma and throw your phone away. It's all good.
🏁 Push yourself to finish
I can usually get 80% through a task before getting distracted. That last 20% of something is usually filled with distraction land mines. Push yourself to finish.
Every time we stop doing a task, it takes a long time to get back into flow state. So just finish it now. Put lunch on the other side of completion or a break. That will give you that final push to finish strong.
🐈 Pet your neighborhood cat (or dog)
Get in the practice of saying hello to animals (assuming you are not scarred or allergic). This will train you to slow down in life and appreciate small moments of joy.
🙂 Be nice when someone is an a-hole to you
This is so hard to do, but it's the sweetest revenge. When someone is an a-hole, don't stoop to their level. Instead rise above it and approach the situation with grace.
This is the best revenge and grace you can handle the situation with. Win win.
😴 Get enough sleep
8 hours. Or at least 7. Don't deprive yourself of sleep. Sleep makes you more creative, think clearer, and makes you a happier person.
Think of it as your #1 priority. Plus sleeping is awesome! This is making me want to go to sleep right now.
😵 Decrease your caffeine intake
If you are doing 3+ cups of coffee, it's time to talk. I love coffee, it's delicious, but you have thrown your body into a state where you need coffee to function. That isn't normal. If you can't go 24 hours without caffeine and feeling miserable, then somethings wrong.
Go green tea, or go down to one cup of coffee. Find other ways like exercise, afternoon walks, or nutrition to give you more energy.
P.S Enjoy the thousands of dollars you will save over your lifetime from curbing that addiction.
✂️ Cut your screen time in half
For me that meant 2 hours to 1, then 1 to 30 minutes. Now if I am on my phone for more than 30 minutes a day I get a head ache. It's cool to connect with people, but phones are so addicting we can tell.
Make it a goal to be <1 hour and less than 15 pick ups. Your life quality increases 10 fold when you do this, it's so liberating.
⏳ Set time limits on your apps
The iPhone (maybe Android) let's you set time limits on apps usage.
For me I set limits of 5 minutes on YouTube, 5 minutes on Instagram, and 1 minute on Twitter. This will ensure you won't fall down rabbit holes of content.
🔳 Set your phone screen to black and white
This is my favorite tech hack. The colors on your phone are meant to manipulate you. Don't fall victim to the shiny reds and yellows. Instead set your phone to black and white and you will feel free from their psychology tricks.
🙌 Focus on gratitude when in pain
I am writing to you from what only can be described as a place of pain. I think I have an ear infection and am very 'uncomfortable' (I'm going to Urgent Care after this).
But first, instead of having the ear be the sole focus of everything, gratitude is a better guide. It's important to acknowledge the pain, but there is always some 'pain' or 'discomfort' in life. Cultivate focusing on the good.
👹 Tell one of your stories of sorrow in a funny way
You're not over it until you can laugh about it. Try to turn a past event into that situation. It's a very healing practice to be able to do this. Take something painful from the past that you want to get over, and find humor in the situation. This is your next step in healing.
😊 Be very kind to someone at the grocery store
Be very nice to the cashier. If you don't become friendly with the cashier you are missing out. They are intelligent humans with interesting view points. Make their day because it will make yours too.
♟️ Play a board game with friends
Last time I played Monopoly with my five year old niece, she beat me. If all you do is 'go out' with friends, playing a board game is such a joy. It will make you more collaborative, hopefully a fun competitive, and more engaged with people you enjoy.
🗺️ Dream of a trip you want to go on
Where in the world do you want to go? What do you want to do there? Having a vision of some future like this can be very powerful.
Don't be afraid to dream big!
🎫 Buy the ticket
Assuming there isn't a global pandemic while you're reading this. Buy the ticket. Go on that trip you've always wanted to go on.
The world is waiting for you.
🌬️Do a breathing exercise
Whether that just be three deep belly breaths or more extreme ones like this. Breathe deeply and it will shift your physiology which will make you happier, more thoughtful, and live a better life.
🧃 Try celery juice
It's the current health craze. Does it really get rid of your body's toxins? Who knows, but it tastes pretty good and made me feel energetic. Who doesn't want some good health going?
👩🎨 Support an artist
Whether that be buying an album or a piece or art or just supporting their efforts virtually or going to a show in person. Artists are badasses who are relying on their own creative power to survive. We need more of that in the world, so support them however you can.
🦄 Take time to support a friends dream
If you're anything like me, your friends probably have weird dreams. Support them anyway. You would hope they do the same for you and your weird dreams. Do this by talking with them about their visions, give them any advice or resources you know about. You want to surround yourself with people who do this for you so do it for them.
💡 Start an idea journal
Mine is a small notebook I take with me everywhere. Write down your one off ideas. Ideation is like a muscle, flex it a lot. The more ideas you write the more you will have. No idea is too big or too small.
💯 Make a list of 100 ideas
That's what I did. It was easy to get to 40. 50 to 70 were hard. Then 80 up were butter. Do it on a subject you are passionate about and it will just flow right out of ya.
🙌 Write a thank you note
No one does this anymore. If you do this, instant points. I had someone give me a thank you note for a project and it made my year. The bar is so low people, in the 1950s you had to wear a suit, write thank you notes take people out to dinner and wear more suits. Now we just ghost each other. Write a thank you note, that person will never forget you did that.
✍️ Get a pen pal
Mine are my nieces. I literally jump with joy when I get their letters. I love it so much. Find one for you. Maybe it's an old friend who lives on the other side of the planet or it's someone random. Who knows. It's an old school joy that will be a fun game. Who doesn't like writing a good letter?
🤪 Get outside of your comfort zone
Yes, this is #1. Not crazy outside and put yourself in danger type of get outside of comfort zone. Take one to two steps outside of what you would normally do, look around and notice it ain't so bad out there. Do this enough times you are doing cartwheels anywhere you want.
👽 Do something spontaneous
RIGHT NOW. Or whenever. Spontaneous trip to the beach, road trip, camping, talking to someone. I can't tell you because then it wouldn't be spontaneous. Just follow that spontaneous intuition sometime, there is usually a pot of gold on the other side.
🖼️ Make art
Make some crappy art, or a beautiful landscape. If you haven't made art in years this will be such a joy and creative way for you to wake up.
🤩 Embrace a passion
We often have passions we don't embrace. For me it was dancing. I love to dance, but I would rarely do it. Now, I try to dance at least once a day. What is a passion of yours that forgot about or have never really explored. Embrace it, the rest will follow.
🚿 Sing in the shower
I couldn't tell you the science of why, but singing in the shower is good for the soul. Even if it's just humming. Sing your heart out one day. It will open up a whole lot in your chest and heart.
📵 No phone in room while working
Who needs another distraction. When you have your phone in your room while working, it is just tugging at your attention. Remove the distraction completely and don't have it in your pocket or near you. Every time you stop working it takes 15 minutes to get back into flow. Save yourself time and only check it at agreed upon times.
🏞️ Drop into flow state in work
For me, the sound of rain and slack notifications off does it. Carve out time for you to do deep work. No emails allowed. Only focus on that very important thing and shut everything else out.
⏲️ Set up times to check email (NO BS)
I check 2 times a day. Anymore and you are probably sending inefficient emails. Of course some jobs require more, but generally you want to stay out of your inbox as much as possible. It's like checking your Facebook notifications.
🗓️ Schedule your time diligently
I use time boxing. It's okay to sometimes have nothing on the calendar. But understand time is our most valuable resource and we want to use it as effective as we can. So make plans to go to the beach that weekend. If you go into that day with no plans or vision, often the day slips away and you are wishing you did something.
🤸♂️ Take stretching breaks after each task is complete
I have a yoga mat on the floor by my desk. After I complete a task I stretch for a couple of minutes. This resets me and makes me more efficient on my next task. Plus it gives me more energy and space to knock out the next thing. It helps me work longer and more focused hours than when I am not doing this. This is one of my favorite life hacks.
🎁 Buy someone you love a gift for no reason
Wouldn't it be amazing if you just got a nice present for no reason from someone. Yes it would. That's why we should do t hat for someone else. Imagine how happy you can make that person. Guess what, you will get a random gift coming your way in the future too if you do.
💪 Set a fitness goal
I don't know where you're at. Maybe it's run once a week or maybe it's bench press 450 pounds. Whatever it is, have something. It gives you a vision for your health that you are working towards. Don't have it be some abstract concept that was influenced by social media. Like my body has to look like this or that, instead have it be a cool accomplishment that you would feel super powerful if you accomplished.
🎻 Try an instrument
If you have never played one, try learning one that you have always wanted to. If you already do, try a new one. For me it's the violin, I have no idea where to get one but I am determined to try. I imagine myself being 80 years old playing violin on the porch. That's my vision, what's yours?
🚶 Spend an entire day by yourself
If you are the type of person that needs to be around people. This is a good one. It will get you deeper in your thoughts, it will be super uncomfortable, but you will come out of it stronger on the other side. I often do this once a week, you don't have to, but it's great to press the reset button on life. Plus it makes you appreciate other people more.
🙊 Don't talk for a day
This one seems impossible huh? What's great about it is it makes you listen in a way you never have before. One of my friends once randomly decided they didn't want to talk for months. They told me how it taught them how to listen more. And if you can become a good listener, the world is your oyster.
📚 Study a religion you know nothing about
What's so cool is that other cultures think of things in a different way. For example some cultures think of time as linear while others think of it as circular. Those two different thought processes will result in much different world views. By understanding that, you expand your perspective and gain more compassion for those who think differently than you.
👩🍳 Learn how to cook your favorite dish
I just learned how to cook lasagna. It's like unlocking a super power. You're telling me I can make lasagna whenever I want? That is freedom my friends.
👩👦 Support a kid
Whether that be through volunteering, or its your nephew. Support a kid somehow. It reminds you are the magicalness of being a child is. It makes you feel more hopeful. And it's so important that we shape the future of humanity the best way that we can.
🧞♂️ Mentor someone in your life
You might know something that someone really wants to know. It's important that no matter what stage you are at, you are pulling other people up. If you do this your entire life of being pulled and pulling, you will have a very good life.
🧙♂️ Ask a mentor for help with something
Be pulled by someone. You don't need Elon musk to be your mentor. It can be your neighbor, or send an email to someone who is three years ahead of you. Being mentored is a golden experience that you should seek your entire life.
🌈 Be inspired by someone
Jay Z says you should always stay inspired. I think inspiration is like rocket fuel. You can burn through it quick, but also there are so many amazing people out there you can get more fuel whenever you like. Find people who inspire you and surround yourself with them.
🛫 Turn one of your grand ideas into an actionable item
Do you want to travel the world? Just look at how much a ticket to Costa Rica is. Whatever your grand vision is, break it down into the smallest piece that you can do right now. It will open Pandora's box and soon this grand idea will be 20 small things you have done that now made it possible.
👩🏫 Study someone successful in your field
This is both a humbling but intensely important experience. Who has already done it? Or at least kind of done the thing you want to do. The blue print is out there, don't tire yourself out reinventing the wheel. Find a couple of people who have done it, and find what they have in common, then do that.
©️ Copy someones work you admire
Try and write like Hemingway. Or paint something like Frida. If you can add their style to your arsenal, you can understand deeply how they think and can add that to your thinking. Copy it line by line word by word and you'll soon even think like them.
🙈 Blindfold yourself
I once was in the middle of eating dinner when I decided I wasn't going to open my eyes for the rest of the night. I finished my meal cleaned the dishes, took a shower and got ready for bed all with my eyes closed. It was a wild experience. I enjoyed the food immensely. Taking away a sense will make you appreciate the other ones more. It will give you new neural connections.
🎙️ Make a podcast no one will ever listen to
This is the best. Record it with a friend. Or make a random show I used to make a show called "Cold Shower Chatter". Just record it with no intention in using it. It will be fun and might even inspire you to start a real podcast.
🤠 Do something for no reason
Not everything in our life has to be towards progress or some end goal. Do something enjoyable like watch a movie or look at the stars. You don't have to always be making progress. Sometimes no progress is the progress you really needed.
🤗 Have fun while washing the dishes
The biggest life hack is enjoying the mundane. To find the beauty of life in what others consider dull. You learn to think like this, the world is unlocked for you. Find joy in these moments and your life will be very full.
🕺 Create a night routine
Reading, writing, candle lit and meditation. Do something that puts you in the right state for sleep. This is a powerful practice that will give you the strength you need to get a great night sleep.
🧐 Update to a focus diet
You are what you eat. If you eat a lot of crap, your thoughts will follow. Eat blue berries and healthy greens and clean proteins. Your mind will feel clear if you do and you will be operating at a higher level.
🎯 Create tangible goals for yourself every week
Things you can achieve every week. Tangible and actionable. This is going to shift how you are able to approach your weeks. By having some milestones you are held accountable and actions will flow out naturally.
📈 Reflect on your progress
Don't just make progress, reflect on it too. When you see what worked and what didn't, you can alter your strategy so you can make future progress easier. These reflections are essential to find your deeper purpose in life.
🙏 Be grateful for your struggles
We all have them, embrace yours. All of the insecurities and setbacks they are all there. Be grateful that you have a dragon to slay, then sharpen the hell out of your sword.
🥳 Be present in your life
It's happening. It started. Time is moving. Be here for it. Present. Because it isn't going to stop for you to catch your breathe, be here now -- and life will be a joy. Life is long, and life is fun if only people were around for it. So be here my friend, and enjoy the wonders of life.
